Hello, and welcome! I'm Cheryl Liburd, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the founder of Foundational Potential Consulting, operating under Certifiably Inked, LLC. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping individuals build greater independence while empowering caregivers and organizations with practical, evidence-based solutions that improve everyday quality of life.
My professional journey has included supporting children, adults, families, caregivers, and community organizations across clinical, home, and community settings. These experiences have strengthened my belief that meaningful progress happens when individuals are supported with compassion, collaboration, and strategies that work in real life—not just in theory.
Before becoming a BCBA, I owned and operated a provider agency serving adults with developmental disabilities, an experience that gave me a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by caregivers, families, and service providers. Today, I continue that commitment by partnering with individuals and organizations to create practical solutions that promote independence, confidence, and lasting success.
